Splitting rent between roommates

When a property has more than one tenant, KeyProp prompts you to configure how they split the rent so each person is billed their own share (instead of each being billed the full amount).

Set up a split

1. 1On the Tenants page, properties with multiple tenants show a Configure Split prompt.
2. 2Choose a percentage split or a fixed amount per tenant.
3. 3Each tenant is then billed their share automatically each month.
