Are there per-unit fees?

Never. $19/mo covers unlimited units, flat.

What does a tenant pay?

Bank (ACH) adds a small flat fee (a few dollars, capped). Card adds the standard card-processing fee (~3.5%). The exact fee is always shown before they pay, and you can choose to cover fees yourself in Settings.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

You drop to the Free plan automatically. No card was taken, so nothing is charged. You keep all your data and up to 3 active properties; automation (autopay, automatic pay links, reminders, late fees) pauses until you upgrade.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, no contracts. Cancel in Settings; you keep access through the period.

Do you hold my rent?

No. Funds are processed by Stripe and deposited to your bank, usually in 1-2 business days.
