Adding a property
Create a property with its address, type, and monthly rent.

Add a property
- 1Go to Properties → Add Property.
- 2Enter the street address, city, state (from the dropdown), and ZIP.
- 3Choose the property type and enter the monthly rent.
- 4Save. The property now appears in your list and is ready for tenants.
Paid plans include unlimited units, add as many properties as you like. The Free plan covers up to 3 units; upgrade to Starter when you're ready for more.
