KeyProp provides a property management platform for landlords and property managers. The service includes property tracking, tenant management, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting.
You must be at least 18 years old to use KeyProp. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card is required to start. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your current billing period. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 30 days except at our discretion.
Rent payments processed through KeyProp are facilitated by Stripe Connect. Funds are transferred directly to your connected bank account. KeyProp is not a bank and does not hold funds. Processing times are subject to Stripe's terms and typically take 2-3 business days.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into KeyProp including property details, tenant information, financial records, and uploaded documents. We do not claim any rights to your content.
KeyProp is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for missed rent payments, property damages, contractor disputes, or any other property management outcomes. KeyProp is a management tool, not a property management company.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of KeyProp after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
