We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, payment details, and property/tenant data you enter into KeyProp. We also collect usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the product.
Your data is used to provide the KeyProp service: managing properties, processing payments, sending notifications, and generating reports. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data handling.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security, encrypted at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS, secure authentication, and regular security reviews.
Your data is retained while your account is active. If you cancel, data is kept for 30 days before permanent deletion. You can request immediate deletion by contacting us.
You can export your data at any time from the Settings page. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing hello@keyprop.io.
